MyAutoGlassRehab
The first real-world production deployment of BastionGlass. A complete brand identity, SEO-optimized marketing website, and fully operational ERP — built for a real auto glass repair business from the ground up.
Context
MyAutoGlassRehab is the first client running on the BastionGlass platform. This engagement proved the platform in production and delivered a complete, working business presence — not just a website.
The client was a new entrant to the auto glass market. They needed everything: a name, a visual identity, a way for customers to find them and book online, and software to run the operations. This wasn't a redesign — it was a business built from scratch.
This was also validation for BastionGlass. Every system built here — the widget, the ERP, the scheduling, the payment flow — had to work in a real environment with a real business owner. If it broke here, it would break for every future BastionGlass customer.
What Was Delivered
Brand Identity
Naming, visual identity, and brand language designed to feel professional and trustworthy in a market where most competitors look generic.
- Business name and domain strategy
- Color palette, typography system, and logo direction
- Brand voice and messaging for the target market
- Applied consistently across web, widget, and communications
Marketing Website
Fast, SEO-optimized Nuxt website targeting local search intent. Auto glass is a high-intent local service — someone searching "windshield repair near me" needs to land on a page that converts.
- Service pages with structured data for local SEO
- LocalBusiness JSON-LD schema for Google Business integration
- Core Web Vitals optimized — LCP under 2.5s
- Mobile-first responsive design with clear CTAs
BastionGlass ERP Integration
The BastionGlass booking widget is embedded directly on the website — customers book, schedule, and pay without ever leaving the site. On the back end, the shop owner manages all jobs through the BastionGlass ERP.
- Widget embedded with MAGR brand colors and logo
- Customer bookings flow directly to shop ERP job queue
- Stripe payments collected at booking, routed to shop account
- Full job lifecycle managed through BastionGlass dashboard
Technology Stack
My Role
End-to-end ownership. I handled brand strategy and naming, visual identity design direction, full-stack web development, SEO architecture, and BastionGlass ERP onboarding and configuration.
This engagement was also the proving ground for BastionGlass. Every edge case encountered here — scheduling conflicts, payment flows, widget performance on mobile — was resolved and fed back into the platform for all future clients.
